RETURN POLICY (INTERNET CUSTOMERS ONLY)

SALE ITEMS: Please be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. This includes items on the sale page, any items marked as "sale" or discounted items anywhere on the site.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS: Nation LTD offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on full-priced items. Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your goods for a full refund of the item(s) you have purchased and wish to return. We will gladly accept items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and which have ALL TAGS attached. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your credit card unless Nation LTD has made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To return an item, please do the following:

1. Look up your order in the form above

2. You should see your recently order (may take a couple minutes to show up if you just ordered it)

3. For the item or times that you wish to return, first check that they are returnable;  then click "Create Return" and fill out the form that opens; be sure to write in the note area an explanation of why you are requesting the return or exchange.

4. You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request

5. Once you have received authorization, carefully pack your item(s) and enclose a written explanation of the reason for the return and what item(s) you request in exchange for the returned item(s) (if any).
