SHIPPING SERVICE:
Nation LTD offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all internet orders over $100.
We make every effort to process your order in one business day. There may be times when we are out of stock on an item, or an item may be on back order. We will do our best to complete your order as quickly as possible. If for any reason we can not send out your order, we will try to notify you. Once orders have been processed, they are shipped via UPS Ground.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or to international addresses. (The shipping rates and tariffs are prohibitive.) If you live outside the U.S., please see our store list.
COUPONS:
General: New customers who sign up for our email list receive a "welcome" coupon code which gives them a discount on a single purchase (one order) on the Nation LTD website. Periodically, we offer our email list customers sales and discounts via coupons and coupon codes. Please be aware that you may only use one coupon code per transaction.
[NOTE: Some people have abused this offer and have signed up for the site a second time using a different email address. We will not honor a second "welcome" discount. The customer will be charged the full amount of the order.]
PRIVACY POLICY:
It is our policy not to sell, trade, or otherwise give away to third parties the names and personal information of our clients.
RETURN POLICY (INTERNET CUSTOMERS ONLY)
SALE ITEMS: Please be aware that there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. This includes items on the sale page, any items marked as "sale" or discounted items anywhere on the site.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS: Nation LTD offers you our 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE on full-priced items. Please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your goods for a full refund of the item(s) you have purchased and wish to return. We will gladly accept items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and which have ALL TAGS attached. The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your credit card unless Nation LTD has made a mistake in sending the wrong item, or the item is defective in some way.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To return an item, please do the following.
1. Fill in the form below to request a Return Authorization.
2. You will receive an email approving your return, usually within one business day after your request. Once you have received authorization, carefully pack your item(s) and enclose a written explanation of the reason for the return and what item(s) you request in exchange for the returned item(s) (if any).
