Waitlist Sold Out and Pre-Order

WAITLIST

The waitlist becomes available if an item has sold out. You can sign up with your phone number and receive a text alert or with your email. When an item returns to stock, you will be notified.

The waitlist always alerts the entire list - even if only one unit is available. So yes, one unit was restocked, but (sometimes) another person got it first. Our best advice is to get to the site quickly when you receive the alert because we are alerting you (and maybe others) for just one unit.

SOLD OUT

If an item is sold out, we are completely sold out. Let us know your preferred color and size or sign up for the waitlist. The item may become available again, if it does, we'll email you.

PURPLE DOT/PRE-ORDER

Once in a while, we will make an item available for pre-order. This is typically for popular styles that we're going to restock (other times, it is for a style that we haven't released yet). To do this, we use Purple Dot, a waitlisting platform that allows you to be the first to get your hands on Nation’s next great item. When you place a pre-order, Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time.

When will I be charged for my pre-ordered item?

If you place pre-order, we will charge your card at the time the pre-order is placed. The item will not ship out until it becomes available - the available date will be listed on the product detail page before you check out. If you need help finding the available date, call, text or email our Style Specialist.

What if I place an order with an in-stock item?

If you place an order containing both available and pre-order items, all available items within your order will be shipped shortly after your order is placed. Pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they become available. You will receive an automatic email confirmation each time a unit from your order is shipped to you.

What do I to provide when I make a purchase?

You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates of your pre-order.

What are my payment options with Purple Dot?

Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What happens if I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel at any time, follow the cancellation link in your pre-order confirmation email. You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.

Can I change my email or shipping address?

Yes! Send an email to our Style Specialist with your updated details and a member of the customer service team will get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred or held by NATION LTD or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via Purple Dot - connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

I have cancelled my pre-order. When will I receive my refund?

Once you have cancelled your pre-order, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

I have asked for a refund. When will I receive it?

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.
