Returns and Exchanges
For the holiday season we are extending our return & exchange policy to 60 days from the date of purchase for all orders placed between 11/1/21-12/23/21.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Your return (or exchange) must be requested within 30 days of purchasing. We accept unworn items in their original packaging (tags attached). We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
We provide one pre-paid return label digitally to cut down on potential waste included in your package. At this time, orders placed outside of the U.S. will need to return the item(s) using their own courier.
We offer even exchanges for a new size or a new style on all full priced merchandise.
Instant Exchange item(s) will be sent out right away. The temporary hold placed on your credit card will be released when your return is received and processed. If you did not choose "Instant Exchange" at checkout your exchange order will not be processed until your return is received at our warehouse. If the item you selected is not in stock at the time your return is processed, you will receive a refund instead of the requested product.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
What are Happy Returns?
We have partnered with Happy Returns to offer printer-free, package-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Simply start your return via our online portal and opt to drop off your return at a Happy Returns location! Each cardboard-free return reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 0.12 lbs per item returned.
Where is my QR code?
Happy Returns will email you a QR code to show at your local Return Bar. Without a QR code, they will not be able to accept your return, so please be sure to initiate the return online and get a QR code before heading to a Return Bar. You will have received your QR code in an email. If you cannot locate this email, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I go to any Happy Returns location?

When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours after dropoff at a Return Bar.
At this time we do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders and do not offer exchanges. To initiate an international return please start your process here by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Any duties, taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. We recommend sending it back via a carrier that will give you tracking information so that delivery to us can be confirmed. We do however extend the returns window to 45 days from purchase since we know it take a little longer for the item to reach you.

Multiple items may be sent in one package, as long as the return slips are included.
Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Note that a shipping return fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.
- Items MUST be returned in the condition that you received them (i.e., items that are New with Tags must have original tags attached, clothing must not be worn or washed, etc.).
- Original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded.
- Final-sale items may not be returned.
