Orders are currently delayed at least a week from the expected beginning ship date. Please note some expected start ship dates have changed.
Our warehouse team will continue to ship packages, with limited hours. Our warehouse is currently open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
With these limited hours and increased order volume, we are experiencing a delay in processing. It may take up to 5 business days to process an order once it has been placed. If you have ordered a pre-order item, this means it could take up to 5 business days following the estimated ship date to be processed.
Returns processing is also delayed at this time. If you need an extended return window, please email email@example.com.
International orders are currently experiencing heavy delays in transit which are unfortunately out of our control.
We have a small warehouse team of 3 and are working hard to get your orders out as fast as we can (safely, and at 6 feet apart). We thank you so much for your patience.
