FAQ    FIT AND SIZING    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
*Due to safety precautions and limited staff working limited hours, returns processing will take a bit longer than our usual processing time. If you need an extension on your return window during this time,  or if you have additional questions, please reach out.
You will need to request your return (or exchange) within 30 days of purchasing. We accept unworn items in its original packaging (tags attached). Sale items are FINAL SALE. 
We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. orders.
Want a different color or size?
1. Select the items you're sending back.
2. If eligible, you'll be prompted to select a new size or color - do just that.
3. We'll ship the new item to you right away.
Want a different style?
1. Select the item you're sending back and request a refund.
2. Use your Instant Refund code (like a gift card) to buy any new item
3. Print your return label and mail back the original item.
4. Once received, we'll refund any remaining balance to your original method of payment
Want a refund?
1. Select the item you're sending back and request a refund.
2. You'll get an Instant Refund code but you don't have to use it.
3. Print your return label and mail back the original item.
4. Once received, we'll refund the full balance back to your original method of payment. 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time we do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping to send it back to us. We recommend sending it back via a carrier that will give you tracking information so that delivery to us can be confirmed. We do however extend the returns window to 45 days from purchase since we know it take a little longer for the item to reach you.
