PROMOTIONAL PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Unfortunately, we cannot honor price adjustments during special promotions such as a 24 hour flash sale. A sitewide flash sale is a limited time offer and you must apply the sale code to your order at checkout. A flash sale code cannot be retroactively applied to a past order. No exceptions.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased online at full price within 7 calendar days of the item being marked on sale. Adjusting the price makes the item Final Sale and it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
We are unable to offer a price adjustment if an item was originally purchased on sale, if an item was originally purchased with a special promotion that temporarily reduced the price, or if the item is no longer in stock.
Unfortunately, if an item is purchased at a sale price and then further reduced, we cannot offer a price adjustment. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want.
