Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We ship most items with USPS; you may use your tracking number to look up the status of your delivery.  If you still need help, contact our Style Specialist anytime and we will provide you with an update.

Please Note: NATION LTD does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. NATION LTD will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

In stock items will ship within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed. If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will promptly notify you. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be fulfilled the following business day.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship out until Monday the following week.

We unfortunately cannot cancel or adjust any order that is already processing. We will however make every effort to accommodate your request. Calltext, or email us as quickly as possible, Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific time.

Let us know within 3 days of delivery by calling us, texting us, or emailing our Style Specialist. To file a claim, please contact Route.

Give us a call right away, send us a text, or email our Style Specialist. We will correct our mistake right away, credit any shipping charges and cover the return shipping as well.

We are now shipping to Canada and the U.K in addition to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.

Once in a while, we will make an item available for pre-order. This is typically for popular styles that we're going to restock (other times, it is for a style that we haven't released yet). To do this, we use Purple Dot, a waitlisting platform that allows you to be the first to get your hands on Nation’s next great item. When you place a pre-order, Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time.

If you place pre-order, we will charge your card at the time the pre-order is placed. The item will not ship out until it becomes available - the available date will be listed on the product detail page before you check out. If you place an order containing both available and pre-order items, all available items within your order will be shipped shortly after your order is placed. Pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they become available. You will receive an automatic email confirmation each time a unit from your order is shipped to you.

You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates of your pre-order.

Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

You can cancel at any time, follow the cancellation link in your pre-order confirmation email. You will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account in 3-5 business days.

Yes, send an email to our Style Specialist with your updated details and a member of the customer service team will get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated pre-order confirmation email.

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred or held by NATION LTD or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via Purple Dot - connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

Once you have cancelled your pre-order, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.
