RETURN POLICY

FULL PRICED ITEMS: You will need to request your return (or exchange) within 30 days of purchasing. We accept unworn items in their original packaging (tags attached). We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. orders. At this time, orders placed outside of the U.S. will need to return the item(s) using their own courier.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

At this time we do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders. To initiate an international return please start your process here by entering the email address you used on the original purchase. Follow the steps and once complete, please ship your items to the address displayed. At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Any duties, taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. We recommend sending it back via a carrier that will give you tracking information so that delivery to us can be confirmed. We do however extend the returns window to 45 days from purchase since we know it take a little longer for the item to reach you.
