*Due to safety precautions and limited staff working limited hours, returns processing will take a bit longer than our usual processing time. If you need an extension on your return window during this time, or if you have additional questions, please reach out.
RETURN POLICY
FULL PRICED ITEMS: You will need to request your return (or exchange) within 30 days of purchasing. We accept unworn items in their original packaging (tags attached). We reserve the right to refuse any return if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. orders. At this time, orders placed outside of the U.S. will need to return the item(s) using their own courier.
SALE ITEMS: Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN
At this time we do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping to send it back to us. We recommend sending it back via a carrier that will give you tracking information so that delivery to us can be confirmed. We do however extend the returns window to 45 days from purchase since we know it take a little longer for the item to reach you.
Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
