RETURN POLICY

FULL PRICED ITEMS: You will need to request your return (or exchange) within 30 days of purchasing. We accept unworn items in its original packaging (tags attached). Sale items are FINAL SALE.

We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. orders. At this time, orders placed outside of the U.S. will need to return the item(s) using their own courier. 

Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

SALE ITEMS: Sale items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or process exchanges or refunds on any sale purchase. This includes items listed on the sale page and any items marked FINAL SALE.

 RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and another 5-10 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN

Unfortunately, our returns portal cannot handle international returns at this time. To return your order, please contact us at hello@nationltd.com and request an RMA # to include in your package. Please use your local courier to send back the item(s).
