Items that are marked as sale or discounted in any way are considered Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our Style Specialist by sending us an email, or  call us at 213.463.6962 before placing your order.

A flash sale is a promotion offered for a short period of time. Discount codes, prices, and what's on sale (sitewide, select styles only, etc.) will vary depending on the event.

Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and can’t be returned for a refund or exchanged. Please contact our Style Specialist regarding exceptions during the holiday season.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We know that's not always ideal, but unfortunately, we can't make any exceptions to this policy.

*For the holiday season we are extending our return & exchange policy to 60 days from the date of purchase on all orders placed between 11/1/23-12/31/23 for full priced items. We will take back anything that isn’t worn, altered, or washed with all tags attached. We encourage you to reuse the package that you received your item in to limit excess waste.

*If you are an international customer, the return window is extended to 45 days. If the item you received has a damage issue, please reach out directly to our Customer Support team so that we can address it right away.

Applying a discount code to a full-priced item won’t change its return eligibility. Full-priced items purchased with a code are still returnable for a refund. All items marked on sale are final sale. Purchasing a full priced item during a temporary Flash Sale (such as Black Friday Cyber Monday) won’t change its return eligibility. Full-priced items purchased during a flash sale are still returnable for a refund.

We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased online at full price within 7 calendar days of the item being placed on sale. Adjusting the price makes the item Final Sale and it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment if an item was originally purchased on sale, if an item was originally purchased with a special promotion that temporarily reduced the price, or if the item is no longer in stock.

Yes, we offer price adjustments. If an item you purchased is hard marked on sale within seven days of your purchase, please get in touch with us, and we will adjust the price. At that time, the item will become a final sale.

Unfortunately, if an item is purchased at a sale price and then further reduced, we cannot offer a price adjustment. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early, you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want.

Unfortunately, discounts and or promotions cannot be combined.
