Shipping
We have a few shipping options, these options are based on items being shipped, and delivery location:
General Shipping (at least one full price item on the order): these orders will have free Standard Shipping, with the option to upgrade to Fedex 2Day®. Upgrade cost of Fedex 2Day® will be based on the total weight of items on the order, and is calculated at checkout. Orders shipping to PO Boxes or US Military Bases will ship free through USPS Ground.
Final Sale Shipping (all items on the order are Final Sale): Final Sale orders will have free shipping through USPS Ground, with the option to upgrade to Standard shipping for $10, or Fedex 2Day®. Upgrade cost of Fedex 2Day® will be based on the total weight of items on the order, and is calculated at checkout.
(recycle) Take Bag Bags: Orders containing only 1 (recycle) Take Back Bags will ship though USPS Ground for $5. Orders containing more than 1 bag will have free USPS Ground Shipping, with the option to upgrade at checkout.
(renew): (renew) items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and will ship with USPS. Once the order is placed, the seller is given 10 days to ship the order.
All international orders are shipped through DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, including duties and taxes.
Please note: As of 3/4/25, our orders shipping to Canada and Mexico will incur an additional 25% tariff. We are working to ensure all tariffs are properly calculated at checkout, however we kindly ask for your patience as we work to update all of our systems. If you experience any issues prior to delivery of an order in Canada or Mexico, we strongly encourage you to Contact Us so our team can assist.
Orders are fulfilled by our SoCal warehouse. Our orders take 1 business day to process, orders are not processed over the weekend or on company observed Holidays.
Our shipping options are as follows:
Standard: Processing + 3-4 business days to ship
Fedex 2Day®: Processing + 2 business days to ship
USPS Ground: Processing 2-5 business days to ship (with times extended for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories)
Orders shipping outside the US will ship with DHL Express. Please allow international orders up to 5 business days to process, and another 5 business days to be delivered
Note that the shipping times outlined above are estimates that can be impacted by inclement weather and other unforeseeable circumstances. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or company observed holidays.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
We are now shipping internationally.
A country-specific shipping fee will be applied to orders outside of the US. The shipping you pay at checkout will also include any duties and taxes for your specified country.

We do not ship on weekends or on U.S. holidays.
Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and will be included in your shipping fee - you can see the actual breakdown of shipping charge versus duties and taxes here as well.
Your order will be sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, and you will not be charged additional duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Yes, we insure every order at no cost to you. If your order is lost, stolen, delivered and not received, received with the wrong item, or damaged you can File a Claim to replace (or refund) your items.
Claims must be filed within 5 days of being marked as delivered. If the order has been lost in transit, your claim must be filed within 30 days of the last check-in on your order tracking.
