What we love
- Each bag diverts up to 15lbs of fashion waste from landfills, and saves 92lbs of CO2 emissions from the lower atmosphere.
- 50% of the items sent are downcycled (repurposed into insulation, rags, stuff like that), 45% are resold and upcycled.

- 5% of items are actual trash and discarded.
Don’t hesitate to donate old clothes because we accept all apparel in any condition (from any brand). Ripped, torn, stained, whatever. As long as it’s clean, not a fabric scrap, or non-clothing item, we’ll take it.

Scan the QR code on your bag for shipping instructions. The easiest option is to drop off your Take Back Bag at any Happy Returns location. Alternatively, you can print a mailing label for UPS. The QR code on your bag and the Happy Returns QR code are different.
Happy Returns Process:

Scan and Register Your Bag: Customers will scan the QR code on their Take Back Bag, log in, and enter their address to register the bag as usual.

Choose Your Shipping Method: Happy Returns will be shown as the first option, with UPS also available if the user clicks "Show More Options."

Find the Closest Location: Happy Returns will display the nearest UPS Store return bar locations based on the customer’s address (more locations coming soon).

QR Code Generation: A QR code will be generated and emailed to the customer for them to use when dropping off their bag at any UPS Happy Returns return bar location.

Drop Off: At the UPS Happy Returns return bar, the customer’s QR code will be scanned to complete the drop-off.
