Conscious care goes a long way.

-Keep your belt out of the sun.

-Avoid contact with water.

-Hang it when you’re not wearing it so the material can “breathe”.

We recommend taking your belt to your local leather specialist should it ever need to be cleaned and reconditioned (at least once a year is recommended), or investing in a special conditioner if you prefer to do it yourself. (Pairs well with all the other leather goods in your closet…)

Already own a well-fitting belt? Lay it down flat on the floor and measure it from the hole you usually use to the end of the belt. Measure in inches and round up – it’s better to buy a belt that’s a bit too big than too tight.

Measure yourself wherever you plan to wear your vintage belt (i.e. hips, waist). Belt sizing is flexible. If your ideal belt measurement is 34 inches, a belt in the 32-38 inch size range will work.

For jeans, we recommend putting on your favorite pair and weaving a soft measuring tape through the belt loops. Where the belt would normally buckle (usually at the button closure) is your measurement. Stylist tip: A belt for high waisted jeans will always be smaller than a belt for low rise jeans.

Plan on wearing over dresses or oversize sweaters? Loosely wrap a measuring tape around your natural waist (or wherever you want your belt to sit). That’s your measurement. Stylist tip: A belt for a dress will always be smaller than a belt for your jeans.

Yes. Vintage comes with decades of wear and might have minor imperfections. (We love a worn-in before you've worn it look.)

Most likley it will not. With vintage collections we only have one of each. So, it's best to act fast. However, feel free to sign up for the waitlist and if anything happens and your preferred belt does become available we will reach out.
